The Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across AEL. Working closely with engineering, project management and support teams, you will develop and implement AI solutions that streamline workflows, improve accuracy and productivity, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AEL's AI Agent Platform and AI solutions.
• Source and build AI agents and workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Work with different departments to identify, develop and deploy AI use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and other business systems.
• Evaluate AI technologies, vendors and digital solutions to support business transformation.
• Develop AI governance guidelines, training materials and best practices.
• Conduct workshops and provide support to promote AI adoption.
• Track productivity improvements and measure the impact of AI initiatives.
• Support business process improvement, workflow digitalization and other IT transformation projects beyond AI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Business Systems, Process Automation, or Software Development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AI Services, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of API integration, databases, cloud platforms, low-code/no-code solutions, and business application development
• Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

- Azure development experience, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions or Logic Apps

- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on and permission configuration

- Experience in Power Platform administration, including environment management, solution deployment and data loss prevention

- Experience with multi-agent collaboration or task orchestration systems

- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or other methods of connecting AI tools

- Experience with Google Cloud or AWS for maintaining existing systems

- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI or Copilot Studio

- Knowledge of the Internet of Things (IoT), DWSS or other digital construction systems

- Experience in ERP system integration

- Proficiency in Excel or Power BI data analysis

- Experience delivering training, workshops or internal adoption programmes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Chinese.

• Explore new markets and seek potential business collaboration opportunities with logistics operators, transportation providers, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain partners.

• Develop and execute the company’s business development strategies and plans, setting business development goals and performance metrics aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives.

• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the logistics and transportation sectors to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry partners, clients, and logistics service providers.

• Identify and evaluate new logistics projects, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in this sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry landscape and market dynamics

• Proven track record in developing business partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships.

• Good command of English and Chinese.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
