Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the logistics, transportation, and supply chain industries.

  • Explore new markets and seek potential business collaboration opportunities with logistics operators, transportation providers, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain partners.

  • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategies and plans, setting business development goals and performance metrics aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives.

  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the logistics and transportation sectors to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry partners, clients, and logistics service providers.

  • Identify and evaluate new logistics projects, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in this sector.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry landscape and market dynamics

  • Proven track record in developing business partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships.

  • Good command of English and Chinese.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts and commercial matters for assigned projects.

  • Prepare, evaluate and manage interim payment applications, variations, claims and final accounts.

  • Assess contractual entitlement and prepare supporting submissions for variations and claims.

  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous process improvement.

  • Support management in commercial reporting, forecasting and project reviews.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying and contract administration preferably with exposure in E&M projects.

  • Sound knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC, GCC or equivalent will be advantageous.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Work independently under pressure.

  • Self-motivated and detail-minded.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Project Engineer (Steelwork)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project execution, supervise work progress and coordinate various site activities for the assigned projects/works

  • Assist in technical drawings for the assigned projects/works

  • Collaborate with the project team, including both office and field staff and provide technical assistance

  • Perform site coordination work with sub-contractors, suppliers, and government departments.

Requirements:

Senior Project Engineer (3-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical proposals, engineering submissions, and tender documents.
  • Develop and implement design optimization solutions to enhance project competitiveness and constructability.
  • Coordinate and manage consultants, architects, designers, and project stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with project management teams and government departments on statutory submissions and approval processes.

  • Chartered Engineer / Corporate Member of HKIE (Civil Discipline) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-professional qualification experience in civil engineering, design, construction management, planning, contract administration, site coordination, and construction supervision.
  • At least 3 years of experience in railway design and construction projects.
  • Familiar with statutory submission procedures and coordination with government departments and public authorities.
  • Strong technical, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently.

Works Manager (3-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project coordination and oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth execution of railway construction works.
  • Monitor construction progress and site activities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, environmental standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide technical support and engineering advice to project teams and site personnel.
  • Attend regular site, progress, safety, quality, and coordination meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:
